Aprender com a Natureza * Learning with Nature

Vamos contar quantos limões haviam no saco?

In Portugal, Winter sunny days bring the opportunity to play outside.
This time we ran away from the big city. We went to our granny's garden and picked some lemons.
But what can we do with lemons? Well, lemons are the fruits of the lemon tree. They have a sour taste but can be used in some tasty dishes. Their zest is also used to give a fresh aroma to some desserts and it gives us a miraculous tea that heals a lot of owies, when infused in boiled water.
So, we picked some lemons carefully. Let´s count how many were there on the bag?

Muito bem!!! Haviam seis limões no saco.
Well Done!!! There were six lemons on the bag.
